At Anidrip , your satisfaction matters to us. We handle every order with care and want you to love your purchase. Please review our return , replacement , and refund policy .

1. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
To qualify for a replacement:
• You must provide clear, dated photos of:
• The outer shipping box showing any visible damage
• The shipping label (clearly readable)
• Close-up images of the damaged product
• Photos must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of delivery.
• Once the damage is verified, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge, including shipping costs.

2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to our mistake:
• We cover all costs, including return shipping and replacement shipping.
• We will ship out the correct item as soon as the original is verified in transit or returned.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you can’t locate it:
• You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking.
• Our team will help you initiate a carrier claim.
• Replacements may be issued only after the claim is reviewed and approved by the shipping carrier.
• Anidrip is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received if the claim window has passed.

4. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
• You may request a refund for unwanted items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging).
• Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
We currently do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind returns. To get a different item, simply place a new order once your refund is processed.

5. Return Conditions
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging).
• Items showing signs of wear, damage not caused during shipping, or missing parts will not qualify for a return or replacement.

• Approved unwanted item returns
• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. How to Start a Return or Replacement

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue or request
• Required photos if applicable (see Section 1)
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for your replacement, return, or refund.
